Do you provide fresh linen and towels?
No. We change linen using the fresh sets provided by the host and kept at the property. We do not currently supply linen or offer a laundry service.
Do you bring cleaning products and equipment?
Yes. Our experienced cleaning professionals normally bring their own professional cleaning products and chemicals. Hosts only need to provide the property's equipment, such as a vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket, as well as guest consumables and linen kept at the property. If you have preferred cleaning products you would like us to use, we are happy to do so.
Can we get photos after each clean?
Yes. After-clean photographs are available on request as part of a managed turnover.
